Wellbeing Weekend/Holistic Therapies

The cost for the weekend is £159 and includes:

 

• 2 Nights Accommodation
• Full Board
• Indian Head Massage or Reiki session
• Gentle stretch and movement sessions to get your energy flowing
• Guided relaxation sessions
• Silent walk
• Individual Life Coaching Session

 

All activities are optional.

Yoga Weekend

17^th to 19^th September 2010

 

The cost for this weekend is £139 and includes:

 

• 2 Nights Accommodation
• Full Board
• 4 x Yoga Workshops exploring different styles of yoga
• Yoga Nidra –a  guided relaxation equivalent to 4 hours of sleep
• Silent walk and mediation

All activities are optional.

 

ACCOMODATION INFORMATION

 

Noddfa is on the North Coast of Wales in Penmaemawr.  A seaside resort with a beautiful beach, fabulous walks and easy access to the Snowdonia National Park.  Single or twin with shared bathrooms available.

 

To secure a place a on either weekend a £50 deposit is required.   (Free additional Indian Head Massage for the first 5 people to book)
